It is a small team running a search engine, not a retailer. Nothing on the site is sold by Dhundo: every listing links out to the store that actually holds the stock, and the money, the delivery and the returns are all theirs. That distinction decides who can help you with what, which is why it is stated here rather than buried.
What to get in touch about
Useful things to send: a store you would like covered, a product page showing a wrong price or a mismatched image, a search that returned nothing when it clearly should have, an account or billing question, or a privacy request about your own data.

What we cannot help with
We cannot help with an order you placed at a retailer. Dhundo is not the seller and has no visibility into any store's order system, so we cannot check a delivery, change an address, cancel an order or issue a refund for a purchase. That has to go to the store you bought from.
We also cannot influence a retailer's price, stock or delivery times. Where a store is at fault, the useful thing we can do is fix how their listings are read on our side.
